The Jucebox was founded in 2023 as a woman-owned, Hudson Valley–based food and hospitality business built on thoughtful service, real nutrition, and beautiful, locally inspired food.
What began as cooking for families, friends, and small gatherings grew into something bigger- a way to help people feel cared for in their homes, vacation rentals, and special moments. Whether it’s a stocked fridge for a weekend away, a welcome dinner for guests, or weekly meals for a busy household, every service is designed around ease, quality, and personalization.
We prioritize high-quality ingredients, sourcing locally whenever possible, and creating food that not only tastes good but makes people feel good. Every menu and every order is customized to the people it’s for, because no two homes, stays, or celebrations are ever the same.
MEET THE OWNER
Hi, I’m Justine; the founder of The Jucebox and a Hudson Valley–based private chef and hospitality specialist. I started The Jucebox in 2023 after 15 years in the hospitality industry and years of cooking for families, friends, and small gatherings and realizing how powerful good food and thoughtful service can be. Whether someone is arriving at a vacation home, hosting loved ones, or just trying to make life a little easier, I love creating food experiences that feel warm, personal, and taken care of. The Jucebox is my way of bringing that kind of care and creativity into homes across the Hudson Valley, one meal and one gathering at a time.
